    i have to share some of the sweetness that i see every day.


    the credits for these pics are not mine.  esther weaver, visiting thailand, rescued our struggling lil photo shoot on sunday afternoon after baby dedication.  i love the expressions she captured.
    i believe that every life that God creates, He creates with a specific purpose to fulfill.  their circumstances are not easy.  but it is my prayer that these two lives fulfill His purpose designed esp and personally for them and for His glory.

  • a few nites back.. sum of us went to hang out at "walking street".  they close the street for a nite and turn it into this awesome market with all kinds of vendors lining the street selling lots of cool handmade stuff, food, drinks, u name it.  and in the middle of the street u will find the "entertainment" section.  usually guys playin music tryin to strum up some extra pocket change.  sometimes there are "live statues".. u almost can't tell they're real until u touch them.  they stand completely still and occasionally move their arm or head in a slow robot motion.  kinda intriguing to watch.  i signed my name on this guys shirt.


     
    if you've been surfin xanga lately u will recognize this adorable lil tater tot from the pics on lyns and zacks site.  our whole family has fallen in luv with him.  i loaned him a pair hot shades.  he finally kept them on when lyns put hers on too.


    he esp likes hangin out with the big boyz.. the other nite zack wuz givin him a ride in a lil wagon and while they were headed out the drive way full speed, the wagon tipped.  zack bein the heroic guy immediately grabbed for him before he hit the ground but unfortunately his own face is scarred.

    our family went to celebrate zack and hans birthdays at So-Jo's, a full-fledge American restaurant.

  • today is the BIG day that im gonna do somethin drastic and turn my dead lifeless site round and post somethin NEW n uplifting.  how bout im glad it's friday!! x 10!!!  n tomorrow my sis an me got pedicures to look forward to.  now don't be gittin all kinds of crazy thots that we're just drifting along on a life of ease..  our harsh enviroment demands it occasionally.  crazy how time disappears so quickly.  i kinda like that.  so then..  our life at the "Center" is prob best described as an airport.  there is a constant flow of people comin and goin.  food disappears fast, esp pizza.  the front porch is pert popular place to hang.  we try to stay in touch wit the kids at the Compassion Home once a week.  that's pert much my given highlight of the week.  after u experience havin 5 pairs of arms wrapped so tite around u that u kin barely walk u will agree with me.  those kids are dear.  i wuz hoping for sum interaction with thai kids here in the city.  so for a couple of weeks im teaching conversational English to college students.  big gulp!!  actually im not doin alot of teachin cuz their English vocab is amazing already and we're just havin fun, givin them a chance to talk English.  oh yeah. im a student again.  reading and writing thai.. it's feels like im cracking this complicated code when in truth im only reading catch sheep. cheers!!  but it's cool.  and here an there i run errands with my trusty honda dream.  so thats kinda how june turned into august without me posting.  im ending with sum pics of the hot springs wit the CH kids.  later friends..

    we finally made it..  here we are.. HALFWAY ROUND THE WORLD!!  don't know if i wanna laugh or cry.  it absolutely took 444444444444444ever!!  by the last flight we were trying to prove zak wrong that ur tongue does not fall out if u hang it out when u yawn.  we all still have r our tongues.  k before i say something i later want to take back.. we rilly rilly rilly miss all r awesome friends from home.  ur pictures r gonna b slapped up on r blank white walls first thing.  luv u all.
